Lindsey Randolph

Lindsey Randolph began her career with Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in 2018 as a Surgery Client Patient Coordinator after working in the nonprofit and animal shelter sector in Dallas, Texas. After moving to Houston, she quickly found a passion for veterinary specialty medicine and embraced the many opportunities for growth within the field.

In 2021, Lindsey stepped into a leadership role as the Surgery Team Lead, then was promoted to Surgery and Neurology Supervisor in 2022. In 2024, she became Client Experience Manager, where she focused on enhancing the client journey, supporting her teams, and fostering a compassionate, welcoming experience throughout the hospital. Today, Lindsey serves as the Director of Client Experience & Auxiliary Services at GCVS Houston, overseeing initiatives that strengthen the client experience, support hospital operations, and elevate service across the organization.

Lindsey is passionate about helping team members grow in confidence, develop their careers, and exceed their own expectations. She is committed to building a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and exceptional patient and client care.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, especially hiking in beautiful destinations like Colorado. She also loves cooking, experimenting with new food and drink recipes, and is always happy to receive a great book recommendation.
