Dr. Kyle Pfeifer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University, graduating in 2016. After completing veterinary school, he spent five years working as a Small Animal Emergency Veterinarian in Snohomish, Washington. He then completed a rotating small animal internship at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle in Lynnwood, Washington, before joining Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists as a Diagnostic Imaging Resident in July 2022. He completed residency in July 2025 and is now a full-time radiologist with GCVS. He has special interests in musculoskeletal and zoo and wildlife imaging. Outside of work, Dr. Pfeifer enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, and gardening. He’s also a passionate Kansas City Chiefs football fan and enjoys spending time with his three cats: Zoltan, Kevin, and Nigel.
