Hayley Rejcek

Dr. Hayley Rejcek earned her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Oklahoma State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

Inspired by the deep connection she shared with her childhood pets, Dr. Rejcek knew from an early age that she wanted to dedicate her life to helping animals. She was drawn to veterinary medicine by the opportunity to turn her love for animals into a meaningful career where she could make a genuine difference in the lives of pets and their families.

In June 2026, she joined the GCVS Houston team as a Rotating Intern, where she is expanding her clinical knowledge and experience across multiple specialty and emergency services. Dr. Rejcek is passionate about caring for a wide variety of species and hopes to become a well-rounded veterinarian capable of providing exceptional care to furred, feathered, and scaled patients alike.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Rejcek enjoys painting, horticulture, and reading. She shares her home with two dogs, Marley and Bash; two cats, Cheez-it and Bibble; and a red-footed tortoise named Pokey.
