Courtney brings nearly a decade of experience in the veterinary field, with eight of those years dedicated specifically to leadership roles such as Lead Tech, Charge Tech, Emergency Supervisor, Clinical Manager, and now Emergency and Critical Care Director. Her professional journey began with four years in primary practice before transitioning into specialty medicine. Courtney is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute of Houston and is a licensed Veterinary Technician. Looking ahead, she plans to enroll at Western Governors University to pursue an MBA. 

Courtney has embraced Houston as her home for the past decade, recently marrying her wife, Darian, and buying a home. Their family is completed by two miniature dachshunds, Monte and Blondie, and two DMH tabbies named Twinkie and Midnights. Courtney and her wife share a love for traveling, staying active, and engaging in various DIY home projects during their spare time.
