Dr. Pugazendhi earned his veterinary degree in 2014 and completed a Master’s in Veterinary Clinical Medicine in 2016, then gained eight years of experience as a small animal veterinarian in India, managing a wide range of cases with a special focus on internal medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, and emergency and critical care. In 2024, he made a pivotal move from India to the United States, completing his DVM equivalence at Oklahoma State University the following year — a decision grounded in his lifelong commitment to healing and serving animals and his drive to push the boundaries of his practice.

Beyond veterinary medicine, he enjoys exploring astrophysics and evolutionary biology, staying active, relaxing with movies, and spending time with his wife, his little daughter, and their two senior dogs, PappuDoo and Patchypatch.
