Emergency

Dr. Gillespie was born and raised surrounded by the cornfields of Central Illinois. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois in 2016. Following graduation, she moved to the Eastern shore of Maryland where she practiced mixed animal general practice before finding her passion for emergency medicine. She relocated to Katy, Texas in 2020 where she practiced small animal emergency medicine until transferring to a specialty hospital in Sugarland in 2022. Dr. Gillespie joined the GCVS team in 2025. During her free time she enjoys hiking with her two German shepherds, cuddling with her 4 cats, and riding/performing with her horses.
