Zanielia comes to GCVS with a variety of experience in Human Resources. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University (WGU) and is certified with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Her core focus at GCVS is to cultivate and sustain a healthy and productive work environment for our staff, and provide support and guidance to our leadership team. Throughout her career, Zanielia has led and supported teams through strategic planning, implementing, and managing policies, programs, and systems that allow employees to be successful in their work and feel a sense of belonging in the workplace. Zanielia enjoys time out in nature, is a lover of dogs of all kinds, and loves the little moments that make memories with her son and extended family.
