Veterinary Technician: LVT – Surgery, Neuro and Anesthesia
Are you a licensed technician with an interest in state of the art diagnostics and cutting edge surgical techniques? Would you like to join a team of talented technicians and brilliant surgeons? Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists is looking for a passionate individuals with experience in surgical and anesthesia monitoring. Our surgery, neurology and anesthesia departments are growing and we are adding operating room staff to support the increase in surgical cases.
The surgery department performs both orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. Our technicians participate in every aspect of the procedures and their technical abilities are utilized to the fullest potential.
The neurology department utilizes the technicians for both diagnostics and surgical procedures. With onsite MRI capabilities, our technicians are trained in advanced techniques and assist in spinal and brain surgeries.
Our anesthesia department supports all of the departments of the hospital. Under the talented supervision of our anesthesiologist and skilled technicians, this department is one of a kind. They oversee critical patients and practice the most advanced and progressive anesthesia procedures.
LVT with a minimum of two years surgical and anesthesia monitoring is required.
