This dog had an
osteochondritis dessicans lesion of the femoral condyle that
developed during puppyhood. The lesion was treated with an
osteochondral graft and did well for several years. Eventually,
he developed arthritis so a knee replacement was indicated. Both
of the knee replacement prosthesis components were implanted
using cementless fixation. |
