Osteochondritis Dessicans (OCD) of the Femoral Condyle That was Treated But Later Developed Arthritis. A Cementless tibal implant was used.

This dog had an osteochondritis dessicans lesion of the femoral condyle that developed during puppyhood. The lesion was treated with an osteochondral graft and did well for several years. Eventually, he developed arthritis so a knee replacement was indicated. Both of the knee replacement prosthesis components were implanted using cementless fixation.
