Tarsal Arthroscopy
OCD of the tarsus most commonly involves the medial trochlear ridge of the talus and can be a difficult radiographic diagnosis. Tarsal arthroscopy can be used to identify and remove osteochondral fragments (arrows) associated with OCD.
